Solklar Frisbee Förening bjuder till en fyra veckors introduktionskurs inom Ultimate frisbee:
Introduktion till Ultimate Frisbee är en träning för alla som vill testa en ny lagidrott och ha kul tillsammans med ett fint lag.
Vi är glada över alla nybörjare och erfarna spelare som vill vara med.
Denna gång är introduktionskursen speciellt riktad mot tjejer som vill testa att spela med vårt mixedlag.
Ta med dig gympakläder, en vattenflaska och så många vänner som du vill. Ju flera vi är desto bättre.
Vi spelar i Sjöviksskolans idrottshall i Årstaberg.

Introduction to ultimate frisbee is for everyone that wants to try a new sport and stay and have fun with a cool team.
We are happy about all beginners and experienced players that want to join us.
This time the introduction course is especially targeting girls that want to try to play with our mixed team.
Bring sports clothes, a water bottle and as many friends as you want. The more the merrier.
We’re practicing in Sjöviksskolans idrottshall in Årstaberg.
